Cancellation & Refunds
Effective Date: September 2026
Viewing Appointments
Most enquiries submitted through DREYTONS HOMES relate to rental discussions and viewing requests.
Requesting a viewing through our website does not normally involve an upfront payment unless a separate paid service has been clearly agreed beforehand.
Submitting an enquiry begins a conversation with our team and does not automatically create a confirmed appointment.
Where no payment has been taken, no refund is required because the enquiry itself is free to submit.
Changing or Cancelling a Viewing
If you need to change or cancel a viewing request, please let us know as early as reasonably possible.
Providing advance notice helps us manage appointment availability and allows us to discuss alternative arrangements where practical.
We understand that plans can change, and we'll make reasonable efforts to help arrange another suitable time where availability allows.
Landlord Enquiries
Landlords can use our website to begin a rental enquiry by submitting information about a property they wish to let.
These enquiries are reviewed individually before further discussions take place.
Submitting property information through our website does not normally involve a payment or automatically create a commercial agreement.
If Paid Services Are Introduced
If DREYTONS HOMES introduces a paid consultation, administration service or another optional paid service in the future, the relevant fee and any applicable cancellation or refund arrangements will be explained clearly before payment is requested.
Where a refund is approved for an eligible paid service, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
When a Refund May Not Apply
A refund may not be available where:
- no payment was required for the enquiry;
- the agreed service has already been provided;
- the applicable service terms clearly explained that a fee became non-refundable after a particular stage.
Any such circumstances will be communicated clearly before payment is collected.
Your Consumer Rights

If there is any difference between this policy and your legal rights, your statutory rights will continue to apply where required by law.
